Indonesian Fighting Ceremony

$20.00

I found myself pushed in to the center of a war ceremony in Bali, Indonesia. This fighting tradition is called "Perang Pandan" which translates to "Pandan War," and is a ritualistic battle practiced by the Bali Aga people of Tenganan village, where participants fight using clubs made from pandan leaves, honoring the warrior god Indra during major religious festivals.
